• San Diego Spaces: Talmadge, a Secret San Diego Neighborhood

  This week in San Diego Spaces, we will take a look at the eclectic San Diego neighborhood of Talmadge. Historically named after the Talmadge sisters who were silent film stars in the 1920′s, this charming neighborhood offers a range of architecture including Sapnish Revivals, California Bungalows, and Cape Cod Cottages ranging in price from the low $300k’s up to $900k.

• San Diego Spaces: Breeza

  This week in San Diego Spaces, we will visit the Breeza development in Downtown San Diego’s neighborhood of Little Italy. Breeza was built in 20078 by the Intergulf/Lennar team. The site incorporated a historic building as commercial space as well as common area amenities. Floor plans are unique and finishes are polished with an urban feel. What I really love about Breeza, besides the amazing location, is the 8th floor rooftop deck gracing all owners from studios to penthouses with breathtaking water views overlooking the San Diego Bay and the Star of India.
